Health Choices is a joint venture between
Medical Associates Clinic and Mercy Medical Center.
- Medical Associates Clinic is a multi-specialty group practice which
has a well-founded HMO (established in 1982), and an extensive network
of providers in Northeast Iowa, Southwest Wisconsin, and Northwest Illinois.
- Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque is an affiliate of the Michigan based
Sisters of Mercy Health Corporation. Mercy is a 300+ bed hospital with
a full range of services.
- Health Choices is a third party administrator to self-funded clients
that employs an experienced medical management staff who understand
the fiduciary responsibility of the self-funded model.
